From October 1 to 3, 2025, the 15th Japan Tokyo International Hardware Tools and Labor Protection Exhibition (TOOL JAPAN) was successfully held at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Center in Chiba, Japan. As a professional exhibition for hardware tools and labor protection products in Japan, this year's event served as an international platform focusing on tools and labor protection, attracting global professional buyers and technology pioneers. Labon stood out prominently in the field of protective products with its innovative designs and technology-integrated concept.

Innovative Product Capability: Driving Global R&D with Market Insights

At the exhibition, our metal-free and fiberglass-free fabrics and glove yarns attracted significant attention in the Japanese market. Through in-depth exchanges, we have clearly identified a strong local demand for cut-resistant products free of metal wires and fiberglass. This trend stems not only from the Japanese market’s long-standing emphasis on quality and efficiency but also reflects a common expectation among global users for protective products that are lightweight, comfortable, and eco-friendly. We anticipate that future market preferences will shift toward innovative materials that are lighter, thinner, and offer higher cut-resistant performance — an area in which Labon has already made comprehensive technical preparations.

Meanwhile, the newly introduced aluminum foil laminated fabric for welding has also delivered impressive results. Suitable for welding suits and gloves, this product maintains excellent protective performance while offering lighter weight and superior comfort compared to traditional cowhide materials. Many customers specializing in flame-retardant fabrics stopped by our booth for in-depth consultations, reinforcing that our user-centric R&D philosophy and continuous product iteration are well-aligned with global market needs.
