On June 8, 2022, Labon's new production base for special fibers in the modern high-end textile industry zone in Yancheng officially started construction!
From 2005 to 2022, after seventeen years of mature development in the research and development and production technology of special fibers, Labon is embarking on a new journey. The company invests to build a new large-scale joint-oriented research and development and production base, aiming to ensure high-quality, efficient, and reliable supply for domestic and international demands.
Significant Capital Injection and Industrial Linkage:
Labon's new production base in Yancheng, covering an area of 300 mu (approximately 210,000 square meters), and will be completed in two phases.
The first phase of construction of aramid yarn, fireproof wire, conductive fiber and other production lines, the second phase of construction of special glove yarn, special clothing fabric production lines. 380 sets of new spinning machine, loom, double twist machine, spinning machine, setting machine and other equipment.
The new production base of Labon was established in Yancheng modern high-end textile Industrial Zone, which is a major development decision of Labon to grasp the opportunities and future of Jiangsu coastal development, focus on expanding the market, improving production capacity, and strengthening the enterprise.

Labon has cooperated with many leading enterprises in aerospace, military fire protection, labor protection auto parts and other industries to jointly develop directional research and development, and solve the inherent pain points of the industry through the characteristic material and technology overlay, and develop innovative solutions. Labon's new production base will host many prototypes for large-scale research and development and subsequent with large-scale production.
3/ Advanced Production Equipment and High Automation:
Labon will introduce state-of-the-art high-automation and high-precision imported equipment to deliver products efficiently with high quality. Some equipment will be independently developed for the processing and machining of super-strong high-performance materials.
