Labon®Raw Fibrillated Pulp Technology

Labon® aramid pulp is based on aramid fiber and adopts self-developed Tree-Fork technology to promote the "feathering" transformation of aramid fiber. The multi-tentacle microfiber structure can more effectively grasp the other components of the system and help the matrix to mix and disperse evenly, which is very suitable for use as a reinforced and heat-resistant fiber in various elastomers, hot solids and thermoplastic materials.

Labon® is driven by its self-developed "Tree-Fork" technology, on which basis it develops and produces aramide pulp and acrylic pulp, and has related intellectual property clusters to support the marketing promotion of products. The high-performance pulp series products continuously developed and upgraded by Lanbang technology research and development team, compared with conventional products, have a higher degree of "feathering", stronger strength, and better particle adhesion mixing ability.

Labon®Tree-Fork technology is mature and stable, and at the same time has a strong R & D design capability, according to the actual needs of customers, products can be differentiated and customized services to meet the different performance requirements of customers.

Technology Tree-Fork :

The completely independently developed "Tree-Fork" technology adopts a comprehensive and multi-level force process to help the surface microfibers "break free" and form a tree-like microstructure. Its unique surface structure can effectively grasp the other components in the mixture, help the matrix to disperse evenly when mixing, and has the high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, dimensional stability and other properties of the aramid fiber itself.
