Aramid Pulp
Aramid Pulp, pulp-like fibrillated aramid fiber, is well applied as reinforcement material in the formulation of composites for the production of friction material, sealing material and speciality paper. Labon's aramid pulp features good power-retaining capability. It helps improve processing property which leads to stable friction coefficient in high-temperature area for friction material.
Acrylic Pulp
Acylic Pulp, pulp-like fibrillated acrylic fiber, is also a well-applied reinforcement material. It has even higher surface area than aramid pulp and works well in reducing noise for friction material.
Aramid/Acrylic Composite Pulp
A highly-fibrillated blend of aramid fiber and acrylic fiber according to designed ratio. It provides an alternative to higher demand in balance between cost and performance.
Aramid Microfiber
Micronized aramid fiber achieved by Labon’s self-designing machine and processing procedure. It’s usually used as filler to give better tensile strength and wear-resistance.
Acrylic Microfiber
Micronized acrylic fiber achieved by Labon’s self-designing machine and processing procedure. It can give better toughness and polishing effect for friction material.
Yarns
Para-aramid Spun Yarns and its composite Yarns
Basically spun from para-aramid staple fiber, this series of yarns are manufactured from 100% para-aramid or blended with other organic fibers, inorganic fibers, spandex, stainless steel etc. designed to meet cut resistant, flame retardant, heat resistant needs.
Para-aramid Filament Yarns and its Composite Yarns
Multifilament yarns manufactured from 100% para-aramid filament or braided with stainless steel to satisfy different cut resistance requirements.
UHMWPE Spun Yarns and its Composite Yarns
Manufactured from UHMWPE staple fiber, this type of yarns combine soft feeling and the super-high cut resistance performance of UHMWPE fiber, which improves comfort of textiles and provide more possibilities for products design.
UHMWPE Composite Yarn
UHMWPE filament blended with other high strength fibers or stainless steel, this series of yarns is high cut-resistant, abrasion resistant and cost-effective, ideal for cut resistant gloves, aprons, racing suits.
Meta-Aramid Yarn
Meta-aramid spun yarn is the most widely used high performance yarn. With excellent heat resistance and good dimensional stability, it is widely used in flame-retardant/heat-resistant gloves, hoods, fire protective clothing, police & military clothes, electricity work wear, metallurgical working garment, sound bomb wave cloth and other fields.
FR. Sewing Thread
Mainly refers to the meta-aramid sewing thread, with high strength, excellent flame retardantperformance and high temperature resistance. Available in a wide range of yarn count and colors, it is regularly sewn in military wear, firefighting garments, aerospace clothing, labor safety appareland special shoes where flame retardant and heat resistance are required.
FR. Sewing Thread with High Strenghth and Module
This type of sewing thread usually refers to the para-aramid sewing thread, including staple spunsewing thread and filament sewing thread. With exceptionally high strength, high modulus, excellent flame retardant and heat resistance properties, they are widely used in some of the harshest environmental conditions where require heat resistance, flame retardant and cut resistant simultaneously such as body armor, mattresses and gloves.
